I’m still burning with rage over what happened this morning. I knew there were idiots, but did they have to make their presence felt in front of my mites?
This morning, I went to a park with the mites and Anna. As we were sitting on the grass just relaxing, an idiotic twat, jogging past us, shouted at us, “Go back to China, Chinkie c-nts!”
My first thought was “You say that in front of the mites? Fuck you!”
If I didn’t have the youngest mite in my lap, I would have chased and kicked the crap out of him. I have rarely allowed people to get away with that kind of crap. Especially if they said it in front of my children. In front of any children, in fact.
Anna is British Chinese and I’m mixed race, but go back to China? Anna was born here and so did I. Her grandparents came here during 1930s, which makes her second-generation – and my Chinese ancestor arrived a century ago, which makes me…what? fourth- or fifth-generation. So what the fuck you were on about then, you fucking idiot? Even if we weren’t British-born, you still have no right to say something like that.
He’s a fucking idiot. He looked old enough to be somebody’s father. Mid-30s? That somewhat shocked me a bit because, I admit it’s the saddest thing, I’m more used to hearing this sort of crap from those in pre-teens or early teens in certain areas around here. Usually the chav kind. Older people tend to say or do things oh-so-subtly. It’s the older children that shout out that sort of thing (they usually mistaken me for an Asian (Indian), though, so I get to hear ‘Paki’ and other slurs reserved for Asians), but it’s not as often as it used to be when I was younger, thankfully.
But that wanker. He disappoints me, the fucking arsehole. I can’t believe he thought it was all right to say that in front of children! I would have dismissed his idiotic comment without another thought if the mites weren’t there.
God, what a selfish, small-minded and stupid bastard. I promise you – when I see him again, I’ll give him a piece of my mind.
I hope you give him a piece of your fist as well!
Some people should be drowned in a toilet.
Also meant to say sorry that it happened to you at all, much less in front of the mites!
Anger got ahead of me a bit.
Heh! Thanks. Yeah, I agree. I probably won’t punch him if I DID see him again, but I might “accidentally” punch him in the face, though. =D
What a wanker! I’m sorry that happened to you, especially in front of the kids. I’ve had the odd stupid thing said to me because I’m not Swiss, mostly mistaking me for a German, which I find highly amusing. Some people feel threatened by anyone who doesn’t look/sound/act just like them. They need to get a life.
O.M.G.
My blood is boiling just reading about this.
You were in the park. I would have grabbed the closest rock and thrown it had his stupid head. Although you probably wouldn’t have hurt him since he obviously lacks a brain.
O.M.G.
Sooooo pissed off for you!
Isn’t it amazing that people who are doing normal things and looking normal open their mouths and show how nasty, mean, moronic, ignorant etc they are. And their parents brought them up to be like this. AND I am not surprised that he said it in front of the babies because people like him are walking egos and the ‘other’ are not worthy of respect.
I hope you see him again soon just to tell him his parents bred an idiot.
people are idiots, my son in law is Sikh and idiots are always sending me “jokes” about “paki” go home. I have told them over and over that I do not appreciate their “humour” to no avail.
But to call out in a park like that is really beyond comprehension.
Thanks. Sorry that I didn’t respond properly here. You said it all, really.
