Lost the Mural debate. We are now debating which to paint from:
- Little Nemo in Slumberland
- Frankenstein’s Cat
- Where Wild Things Are (for the heck of it, the link will lead us to WWTA cupcakes!)
- Mr. Men
- My Neighbour Totoro (for the Catbus, which is similar to the Cheshire Cat from Through the Looking Glass)
- Fox in Socks
- GeGeGe no Kitaro
- The Curse of the Were-Bunny
- The Owl and the Pussycat
I’m tempted to do my own character designs because a) I won’t feel guilty about copyright infringements and b) it would be a lot easier, damn it. I’m tempted to adopt Totoro, the cutest thing, though.
It has nothing to do with murals but I wanted to say I like your new layout!
Thank you! It still has some teething problems (the ‘About’ link isn’t working, for instance), but am too lazy to correct them right now. Will get cracking on with it later this week.
I say go for your own design. If it doesn’t work out you can always paint over it. I know easy for me to say but that is what my daughter did and it looked great.
I like the idea of your own design..
But otherwise, gotta love the Mr Men!
