- Alone on a Wide Wide Sea – Michael Morpurgo (note: I was very tired when I read this, so I have reservations on whether it’s as good as I remembered.)
- any – Sarah Dessen
I just recently bought Ibbotson’s A COUNTESS BELOW STAIRS (I think it’s also THE SECRET COUNTESS) and THE RELUCTANT HEIRESS (formerly MAGIC FLUTES) and enjoyed them both quite a bit … although I think I’ll space them out a little more, since the plots were so similar. I *like* the plot, but I think reading the too close together will take away from my enjoyment, because I’ll be thinking about how it’s so much like the last book instead of just falling into the current book.
I’ve read some of these, but haven’t even heard of a few. And, now my TBR grows
*I’ll space FUTURE BOOKS out a little more
*reading THEM too close together
Oh, god, unclear commenting and typos everywhere. Sorry.
